Location

My studio is located on our family farm at Leeuwkuil, approximately 10 minutes outside Polokwane on the Percy Fyfe/Mashashane Road.

The exact location and directions will be shared once your booking is confirmed. Please note that the studio is not accessible by public transport.

What to Expect

My studio uses professional artificial lighting, ensuring your photographs are beautifully lit and consistent regardless of the weather.

Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early, so we can make the most of your session. Christmas Minis run on a tight schedule, with multiple families booked throughout the day.

Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and your session will still end at its scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. An alternative time slot may be offered only if availability allows.

Little Ones

I understand that little ones have big feelings, and every child is different. I've included extra props and thoughtful details to help little ones feel comfortable, curious and engaged during their session.

I'll always do my best to work gently and patiently with your child, allowing space for their little personality to shine.

Children can be unpredictable, and a successful session cannot be guaranteed. If your child is unable to participate on the day, a complimentary reshoot cannot be offered. A new session may be booked at the applicable rate, subject to availability.

Damage to sets and props caused by children beyond reasonable wear and tear may be charged separately.

Gallery Delivery

Your edited gallery will be delivered within 7–10 days of your session, or before Christmas, whichever comes first.

Full payment must be received before your edited images and final gallery can be released. Please download and safely store your images before your online gallery expires.

Booking & Payment

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your session. Your invoice will be sent separately within 48 hours of booking, with the remaining balance payable before or on the day of your session.

Your booking is secured once your booking fee has been paid.
